WILMINGTON — The winners of the annual Howard Hackney Award for top all-around hog exhibitors are Jessee Stewart in the senior division and Kendall DeBold in the junior division.
The winners were announced Saturday at the Clinton County Junior Fair’s livestock Sale of Champions.
Winning the award is based on a combination of how well a hog exhibitor does in skillathon, show placings, and showmanship.
