WILMINGTON — AZEK Building Products in Wilmington recently donated AZEK Legacy Collection decking in Mocha to Camp Joy as part of their continued partnership and support of the camp.

Camp Joy in Clarksville serves as a haven for underserved youth to increase self-esteem, gain new skills, and grieve for loved ones. Among their many summer activities is a bereavement camp for kids that have lost parents or siblings.

Camp Joy unveiled their remembrance deck featuring the donated products from AZEK in mid-July. The deck will be where the camp will host celebration of life ceremonies as part of the healing process for their campers.

Since 2006, AZEK Building Products has been a generous corporate supporter of Camp Joy. AZEK has donated more than $60,000 of materials and labor for 10 projects within the camp.

Projects have included a porch for a medical cottage, accessible fishing dock, fire pit gathering deck, nature center deck, and new remembrance and observation deck.
