WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between August 21 and 25:

• Marcus Johnson, 53, of Cedarville, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Johnson must complete a three-day non-residential driving intervention program and two years of nonreporting probation. ALS vacated. An additional reckless operation charge and an O.V.I. charge were dismissed.

• Brandon Williams, 30, of Beaver, open container of alcohol in prohibited premises, disorderly conduct, fined $255, assessed $125 court costs. The cases were waived by the defendant.

• Ashley Hampton, 20, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, stop sign violation, fined $80, assessed $250 court costs. Additional charges of drug paraphernalia and a turn signal violation were dismissed.

• Charles Inwood II, 46, of Wilmington, two counts of drug paraphernalia, drug possession, fined $230, assessed $250 court costs. Contraband was ordered destroyed.

• Denise Brown, 42, of Hillsboro, O.V.I., fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.

• Jerome Walker, 57, of New Vienna, O.V.I. supension, fined $75, assessed $125 court costs.

• Braeden Kroener Fein, 19, of Loveland, going 74 in a 55 mph speed zone, sentenced to 30 days in jail (28 days suspended), operator’s license suspended from Aug. 23, 2017, to Aug. 23, 2018, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Kroener Fein must have no more traffic violations for two years and be monitored by nonreporting probation. If commits another moving violation during this time, the defendant will go back to jail.

• Paul Gordon, Jr., 46, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from Jan. 27, 2017, to Sept. 28, 2017, fined $1,075, assessed $125 court costs. Gordon must take part in supervised probation and three-day residential driver intervention program. If compliant, the court will suspend $350 of fine, ALS will be vacated, and the defendant shall be permitted to renew his license. Additional charges of open container, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension-financial and a head light violation were dismissed.

• Michael Stewart, 25, of Wilmington, unauthorized use of property, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a receiving stolen property charge.

• Megan Norris, 25, of Wilmington, child endangerment, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Norrish must take part in supervised probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $400 of fine.

• Jason Bolish, 38, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, sentenced to ten days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an assault charge. An additional assault charge was dismissed.

• Anthony Freeman, 48, of Cincinnati, failure to control, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Charles Cordy, 32, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced to 10 days in jail (nine days suspended), assessed $125 court costs. Cordy must have no contact with the victim.

• Ashlie Lawson, 29, of Columbus, going 100 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Ricky Pressler, 58, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-financial, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. A stopping for stopped school bus violation was dismissed.

• Skylar Lansing, 23, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Jerry Hoffer, 49, of Hillsboro, open container of alcohol in prohibited premises, turn signal violation, fined $50, assessed $250 court costs.

• Steven Bennett, 36, of Martinsville, driving under suspension-financial, fined $125, assessed $125 court costs. A driving under suspension-failing to reinstate charge was dismissed.

• Lenet Smith, 33, of Sabina, theft, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $100. Sentencing stayed to allow the defendant to complete diversion.

• Charridy McFarland, 35, of Wilmington, theft. Sentencing stayed to allow the defendant to complete diversion and write a letter of apology to the victim.
