Baer wins Compeer quilt

Carol Baer won a quilt that was raffled off to raise funds for the not-for-profit Clinton & Warren Counties Compeer program. The quilt was displayed at the Clinton County Corn Festival earlier this month. Compeer had an earlier quilt project in 2015. Compeer provides support to adults with mental health issues. This is done through one-to-one friendships with community volunteers and through group activities.
