ECHS wreaths for a good cause

0

East Clinton High School Art students donated wreaths to the United Way of Clinton County’s Annual Festival of Wreaths. Last year’s donations were well-received and the students’ participation was requested again. Ceramics students at ECHS created ceramic ornaments and decorated them with paint to add, along with other decorations and garland. Classes created three wreaths for this event. All proceeds from this event will help support more than 30 local programs here in Clinton County. The wreaths will be displayed at the United Way office, 100 West Main St., Wilmington, then available for purchase by silent auction Nov. 20 through the night of the HoliDazzle parade Nov. 25.
