Wilmington’s Rodger O. Borror Middle School seventh grade boys basketball team defeated Clinton-Massie Monday.

Coach Jody Drake said the Hurricane’s intensity was outstanding throughout the game.

Stevie Rickman was a defensive standout for Wilmington, Drake said.

Cam Griffith led all scorers with 26 points.

Chase Fickert scored six points while Rickman and Eddie Brooks had four points each. Michael Noszka added three points and Spencer Mason chipped in with two.
