ADAMS TOWNSHIP — With relative ease, the Clinton-Massie girls tennis team opened its season with a 5-0 win over Hillsboro in non-league action on the CM courts.
“It’s great to get that first win with a new line-up,” said CM head coach Lynn Deatherage.
On three courts, the Lady Falcons were 6-0, 6-0 winners, including both doubles matches — Claire Carruthers and Nina Lazic at first doubles and Hailey Stinchcomb and Jenn Callewaert at second doubles.
Hailey Clayborn was a 6-0, 6-0 winner at first singles.
