The Blanchester seventh grade girls basketball team was defeated by Clermont Northeastern 20-17 Wednesday.

Kaidyn Hamm led the young Ladycats with six points and three steals.

Olivia Potts had five points and three rebounds. Makayla Lanham had four points and two rebounds. Ainsley Whitaker chipped in with two points and five rebounds. Hailey Mulvihill, Madison Tipton and Braylee Stanforth also grabbed five rebounds each.
