East Clinton JV boys top Tigers 27-17

LEES CREEK – Playing just two quarters because of player limits, the East Clinton reserve boys basketball team defeated Bethel-Tate 27-17 Tuesday night at the EC gym.

The Astros and Tigers were tied 11-11 then Zach Mitchell led the charge in the second period with six points and EC pulled out to the 10-point win.

Mitchell finished with six. Leading scorer Dylan Peterman had nine points, with seven coming in the first quarter.

Seth Garrison had five points and Colten Vadnais added three. Branson Smith and Aiden Henson had two points each.
