DAYTON — A big fourth quarter pushed Dayton Carroll pasted Wilmington 67-39 Tuesday night in non-league boys basketball action.
Wilmington, after a 3-1 start to the season, is 4-13.
Carroll is 13-5 with the win. The Patriots have won six of their last seven games. They started the season 0-3.
The game was relatively tight through three quarters. Wilmington trailed 15-12 after one then 30-23 at halftime.
The Patriots extended the lead to 12 after three, 46-34, but then outscored the Hurricane 21-5 in the fourth quarter.
