Clinton County Sheriff’s Office reports

WILMINGTON — The following information comes from incident reports provided by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. All those arrested are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in court.

The sheriff’s office recently processed these reports:

• Deputies arrested two males – a 49-year-old from Clarksville and a 35-year-old from Midland – for alleged criminal trespass at 2:49 p.m. on January 29.

• At 3:37 a.m. on January 28, deputies responded to a High Street residence in Midland/Jefferson Township on an assault report. According to the report, a 35-year-old Blanchester female was reportedly assaulted by a 52-year-old Midland male friend. The report indicates the victim suffered possible internal injuries and apparent minor injuries. No drugs or alcohol were suspected to be involved.

• At 2:14 p.m. on January 26, a business on U.S. 68 North in Wilmington/Chester Township reported one of their tractors was stolen. According to the report, a green and yellow cabless John Deere tractor, valued at $40,000, was stolen. No suspects were listed.

• At 1:50 p.m. on January 25, a 36-year-old Wilmington male reported his vehicle was stolen from a Clarksville residence on South Second Street. The report lists the vehicle as a 2008 light green Ford Fusion. Two Clarksville subjects were listed as suspects: a 42-year-old male and a 37-year-old female.

• At 12:59 p.m. on January 27, a 59-year-old Chillicothe male reported a golf cart of theirs was stolen by an acquaintance. The report lists a blue E-Z golf cart, valued at $7,000, as the stolen item. A 66-year-old Washington Court House female was listed as the suspect.

• At 12:05 p.m. on January 28, a 58-year-old Martinsville female reported her identity was stolen. No further details were listed.
