The Clinton County Board of Disabilities, Clinton County Special Olympics and Troop 999 remembered Judge Mike Daugherty at the Special Olympics basketball game on Feb 2. Troop led the audience in a moment of silence and the Clinton County Special Olympics athletes signed a jersey and presented it to Mike’s wife, Wendy. Mike was one of the biggest supporters of Special Olympics, Boy Scouts and the community. He will be missed dearly.
