WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. An appointed interim judge currently oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pleaded guilty or were found guilty between March 13 and March 17:

• Joel Harris, 39, of Wilmington, O.V.I., theft, sentenced to 360 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from March 15, 2023-March 14, 2023, fined $1,325, assessed $340 court costs. Harris must take part in reporting probation. Harris may apply for driving privileges after March 30.

• Lori Crawford, 38, of Blanchester, theft, drug instrument possession, sentenced to 360 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $340 court costs. Crawford must commit no further offenses for four years and be monitored by non-reporting probation.

• Jason Okafor, 30, of Cincinnati, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from March 14, 2023-March 13, 2024, fined $1,075, assessed $170 court costs. Okafor must take part in reporting probation, must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program, and have no contact with the theft location. ALS vacated. Two additional O.V.I. charges and a turn signal violation were dismissed.

• Reviras Redick, 34, of Loveland, assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from a domestic violence charge. Redick must have no contact with the victim.

• Devin Johnson, 19, of Wilmington, obstructing official business, criminal mischief, theft, sentenced to 168 days in jail, fined $750, assessed $510 court costs. The ‘obstruction’ offense was amended from a resisting arrest charge. Johnson must take part in supervised probation and have no contact with the theft location. Additional charges of criminal damages and trespassing were dismissed.

• Brooke Bailey, 32, of Leesburg, theft, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), assessed $170 court costs. Bailey must take part in supervised probation and write a letter of apology to the victim. The offense was amended from an identity fraud charge. A second theft charge was dismissed.

• Robert Philhower, 66, of Georgetown, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $200, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Philhower must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated. A marked lane violation was dismissed.

• Todd Brown, 31, of Dayton, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Brown must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. The court will suspend $250 of the fine if Brown is compliant. ALS vacated. A marked lane violation was dismissed.

• Michael Schulte, 30, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Schulte must take part in two years of non-reporting probation. ALS vacated.

• Raymond Zimmerman, 57, of Maple Heights, trespassing, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended). A criminal damages charge was dismissed.

• Curtis Gilbert II, 51, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced to nine days in jail, fined $200, assessed $170 court costs. Gilbert must have no contact with any of the victim’s properties. A second trespassing charge was dismissed.

• Steven Bailey, 57, of New Carlisle, driving under suspension, fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. The charge was amended from a no commercial license charge.

• Robert Powell, 35, of Midland, trespassing, sentenced to $250, assessed $170 court costs. Powell must take part in supervised probation and must have no contact with the victim or their property.

• Cheryl Schweitzer, 52, of Wilmington, reckless operation, fined $150, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from a hit-skip charge.

• Kamyra Little, 19, of Cincinnati, going 91 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $130, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Little.

• Erin Kidd, 42, of Midland, theft. Sentencing stayed.

• Tricia Wiseman, 41, of Sabina, theft. Sentencing stayed.

• Brittany Palmateer, 21, of Wilmington, theft. Sentencing stayed. A criminal tool possession charge was dismissed.

• Pamela Patrick, 48, of West Harrison, theft. Sentencing stayed.
