Collom given honorable mention on Div. III All-Ohio team

East Clinton senior Dakota Collom was honored by the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association.

In Division III, Collom was given honorable mention All-Ohio by OPSWA.

A 6-2 guard, Collom averaged 19 points per game for East Clinton this season. In addition, Collom was 61 for 74 from the free throw line for 82 percent. He had 5.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game as well for EC.

Collom averaged 13 points and 4 rebounds per game as a sophomore, along with 7 points a game as a freshman.

For his career, Collom made 81 percent of his free throw attempts, 128 for 158, according to the SBAAC website.

Collom missed the entire 2021-22 regular season basketball schedule because of an automobile crash in November 2021.
