WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. An appointed interim judge currently oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pleaded guilty or were found guilty between March 20 and March 24:

• Robert Bleska Jr., 50, two counts of trespassing, sentenced to 210 days in jail (175 days suspended), fined $150, assessed $349 court costs. Bleska must take part in supervised probation and must have no contact with the incident location.

• Cortlend Mason, 34, of Clermont, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (165 days suspended), license suspended from March 22, 2023-March 22, 2024, fined $750, assessed $170 court costs. Mason must take part in reporting probation and must complete a 90 program at Genesis. ALS vacated. Driving privileges granted effective April 7. Additional charges of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, improper backing, and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Ricky Taylor, 49, of Port William, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 days suspended), fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. Taylor must take part in two years of non-reporting probation and must part $250 in restitution to the victim.

• Joyce Skeens, 54, of Sabina, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from March 22, 2023-March 21, 2024, fined $1,075, assessed $170 court costs. Skeens must take part in non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $375 of the fine. ALS vacated. Driving privileges granted effective April 3. Additional charges of hit-skip, O.V.I. high test, and failure to control were dismissed.

• Malik Rollins, 28, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 30 days in jail (29 days suspended), fined $150, assessed $170 court costs. Rollins must commit no further offenses for one year and be monitored by non-reporting probation. Rollins must have no contact with the incident location for one year.

• Joel Harris, 39, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $170 court costs. Harris must take part in supervised probation. An obstructing official business charge was dismissed.

• Jevon Bays-King, 20, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $170 court costs.

• Sean McKeehan, 27, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, expired tags, fined $450, assessed $170 court costs. The cases were waived by McKeehan.

• De Aren Holston, 21, of Englewood, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, fined $250, assessed $195 court costs. The case was waived by Holston.

• Quentin Davis, 21, of Trotwood, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Davis.

• Jeremy Whicker, 36, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $65, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Whicker.
