WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Appointed Judge David Henry currently oversees the court in the morning with a visiting judge in the afternoon, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following list includes those who pleaded guilty or were found guilty between April 10 and April 14:

• Brittany Davis, 36, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail, fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Davis must have no contact with the incident location or any associates of it. Davis was found not guilty of falsification.

• Kara George, 44, of Waynesville, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (123 days suspended), fined $750, assessed $170 court costs, license suspended from April 13, 2023-April 12, 2024. George must take part in reporting probation and must no consume alcohol/drugs of abuse while on probation. ALS vacated. Driving privileges granted effective April 28.

• Rachael Marston, 30, of Lebanon, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended), assessed $170 court costs. Marston must take part in supervised probation, must have no contact with the incident location, must pay $1,039 in restitution, and must get a job.

• Ryan Campbell, 30, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (174 days suspended), fined $150, assessed $170 court costs. Campbell must take part in supervised probation. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

• Walter Brown Jr., 56, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, sentenced to 180 days in jail (176 days suspended), fined $150, assessed $170 court costs. Brown must commit no further offenses for two years, be monitored by non-reporting probation for two years, and pay benefits to the victim.

• Thomas McClure, 49, of Hillsboro, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (177 days suspended), fined $750, assessed $170 court costs, license suspended from April 13, 2023-April 12, 2024. McClure must take part in supervised probation. Driving privileges granted effective April 28. Additional charges driving under suspension-failing to reinstate and a expired tags violation were dismissed.

• Kayla Chapel, 31, of Sabina, two counts of theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $300, assessed $340 court costs. Chapel must commit no further offenses for four years and be monitored by non-reporting probation.

• Jeffery Nagle, 49, of Midland, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), license suspended from Jan. 8, 2023-Jan. 7, 2024, fined $1,075, assessed $170 court costs. Nagle must take part in reporting probation and complete a three-day residential driver intervention program. If compliant, the court will suspend $375 of the fine. Driving privileges granted effective January 23. Additional charges of driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, driving under suspension-financial, O.V.I.-suspension, and expired tags were dismissed.

• Heather Trenary, 46, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. Trenary must take part in supervised probation, have no contact with the incident location, and pay restitution. No amount was listed. An obstructing official business charge and an expired plates offense were dismissed.

• Samuel Burkhart, 42, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $170 court costs. Burkhart must commit no further offenses for two years, be monitored by non-reporting probation, have no contact with the victims, and pay $100 to them. Burkhart must complete treatment program.

• Courtnie Cottrill, 32, of Huber Heights, O.V.I., sentenced to 120 days in jail (117 court costs), fined $750, assessed $170 court costs, license suspended from April 13, 2023-April 12, 2024. Driving privileges granted effective April 28. Cottrill must commit no further offenses for two years and be monitored by non-reporting probation.

• Brian Carter, 43, of Wilmington, control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $750, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Carter must take part in a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. Additional charges of O.V.I.-low breathalyzer, prohibited turn, and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Ricky Mills, 49, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,075, assessed $170 court costs, license suspended from Feb. 24, 2023-Feb. 24, 2024. Mills must take part in non-reporting probation, complete a three-day residential driver intervention program, and must not consume alcohol or drugs of abuse while on probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $375 of the fine. ALS vacated. An ACDA charge was dismissed.

• Charity Woodruff, 32, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $100. Additional charges of driving under suspension-financial, failure to control, driving under suspension-failing to appear/pay fine and a seat belt violation were dismissed.

• Charles Shoemaker, 27, of Blanchester, misuse of 911, sentenced to 30 days in jail (23 days suspended), assessed $170 court costs. Shoemaker must take part in supervised probation. Concurrent with a Clinton County Common Pleas Court case, Shoemaker must attend the STAR program. Supervision sentencing was deferred to Common Pleas court.

• Brittany Henslee, 24, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, driving under suspension-financial, fined $300, assessed $170 court costs. Henslee must take part in 20 hours of communicated services. Additional charges of fictitious registration, a turn signal violation, and a child restraint violation were dismissed.

• Tyrone Guinn, 40, of Wilmington, trespassing, assessed $170 court costs.

• David Brown, 50, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $80, assessed $170 court costs. The offense was amended from a trespassing charge.

• Whitney Manning, 32, of Blanchester, sale/purchase of tobacco for someone 21-years-old or younger, assessed $170 court costs.

• Darnell Trotter, 21, of Lynchburg, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Trotter.

• Nicholas Jacobs, 36, of Blanchester, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Jacobs.

• Elijah Dut, 41, of Liverpool, going 94 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $130, assessed $170 court costs. The case was waived by Dut.

• Donovan Glowski, 20, of Fairborn, going 90 in a 65 mph speed zone, fined $120, assessed $205 court costs.

• Lori Luker, 48, of Wilmington, theft. Sentencing stayed.
