Panther lacrosse edges Falcons in “JV” match 5-4

ADAMS TOWNSHIP — The Clinton-Massie lacrosse team was defeated by Little Miami 5-4 Wednesday night.

Clinton-Massie won the pre-season scrimmage 14-0. And though this contest was scheduled to be a junior varsity match, coach David Voisey advised his team otherwise.

“Even though (Wednesday) was a JV game, I prepared my players for the possibility of varsity players coming down and playing against us,” Voisey said. “That’s exactly what happened and we played great. Our defense and goalie held their own up against Little Mimai’s best players. It’s great to see our young, talented players rise to the occasion.”
