WILMINGTON — The following information comes from incident reports provided by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. All those arrested are presumed innocent until possibly found guilty in court.
The sheriff’s office recently processed these reports:
• A 37-year-old Wilmington male was arrested for allegedly receiving stolen property at 6:54 p.m. on July 2 around Brown Road and State Route 350 East in Washington Township. According to the report, the suspect was found in possession of a motorcycle reported stolen out of Kettering.
• A 62-year-old Blanchester/Marion Township male was charged with alleged domestic violence after an incident at 7:56 p.m. on July 6 at Shawnee Trace Road residence in Blanchester. According to the report, a Blanchester/Marion Township female had received apparent minor injuries. No drugs or alcohol were listed as being involved. No further details were listed.
• A 23-year-old Lynchburg female was charged with alleged domestic violence after an incident at 10 p.m. on July 4 at a Townsend Road residence in Lynchburg. According to the report, a male subject was residing with the suspect and the two had an argument which resulted in the victim being assaulted and receiving apparent minor injuries. The suspect had left the scene prior to the deputies arriving and a warrant was issued. Alcohol was suspected to be involved.
• A Bowling Green male was charged with alleged domestic violence after an incident at 1:26 a.m. on July 9 in Chester Township at the 200 block of Maple Point Court. According to the report, a Waynesville male received apparent minor injuries. Alcohol was believed to be involved.
• At 7:42 p.m. on June 27, deputies received a request for assistance from the Warren County and the Clinton County Adult Parole Authority (APA) in regard to a possible portable meth lab at a School Street residence in Martinsville. According to the report, authorities seized hypodermic syringes, a Remington Model 33 rifle, and less than a 100 grams of marijuana. A 42-year-old Martinsville male was listed as a suspect. No further details were listed.
• At 3:35 p.m. on July 7, a Clarksville male reported he was assaulted by another male subject. According to the report, the victim had apparent minor injuries. A 49-year-old Wilmington male was listed as a suspect.
