Registration for City Rec basketball leagues begins Monday

Registration will begin Monday for the Wilmington City Parks and Recreation Department basketball leagues.

Boys and girls in grades 2-6 are eligible to play with leagues determined by the number of players participating in each grade level.

Registration will run Oct. 9 to Oct. 30. Basketball clinics will be held the week of Nov. 20.

Coaches will contact players no later than Dec. 3. Practices will begin Dec. 4. Games will begin in early January.
