Singleton first, Astros sixth at Bob Guy Invitational

WILLIAMSBURG — The East Clinton wrestlers finished sixth Saturday at the Bob Guy Invitational at Williamsburg High School.

Goshen won the tournament with Williamsburg second, Hillsboro third, Norwood fourth, Clermont Northeastern fifth and then EC. Following the Astros, it was North College Hill, McNicholas, McClain, St. Bernard and Manchester.

Curtis Singleton picked up hardware, winning the 144-pound weight class.

Christopher Rider was fourth at 138 pounds and Hudson Singer was fourth at 165 pounds. Avery Hughes was sixth overall at 157 pounds.
