JH Girls Final: Borror 8th grade 36, Clinton-Massie 19

The Clinton-Massie eighth grade girls basketball team was defeated by Wilmington’s Rodger O. Borror Middle School squad 36-19 Monday night.

Hayden Shumaker led the Falcons with 12 points. She also had two rebounds.

Kailey Wax finished with five points and four rebounds. Bristol Brady had two points. Madi Brinck grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.

Bella Robinette had three rebounds while Molly Grant came up with two steals. Payten Wilkin had two rebounds and a steal.
