It is that time of the year again for the annual Clinton County Master Gardener Volunteer Plant sale.
The plant sale has always been strategically scheduled before Mother’s Day so that you can easily fulfill a gift in the form of a flower, vegetable plant, herb, or hanging basket for those mother figures in your life, or simply buy for your own gardens!
The Master Gardener Volunteers work hard in our communities to supply horticultural education, and beautification projects under the Ohio State University Extension umbrella. Proceeds from the plant sale primarily afford the Master Gardeners to provide perennial plantings for habitat for humanity homes.
Each year we choose a few volunteer projects to work on, whether that be habitat for humanity, horticulture education for juvenile court, or general gardening classes. We will have a large selection of plants to choose from supplied by Stockslager’s Nursery.
