Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren & Clinton Counties (MHRB) is excited to welcome its newest member of the Board of Directors.

Tracy Hopkins of Wilmington will be sworn in at the board’s next meeting on Wednesday. Clinton County Commissioners approved Hopkins’ appointment in July.

“We’re excited to have Tracy’s expertise to help guide the work of the board in our two counties,” said Colleen Chamberlain, MHRB executive director. “She brings a strong understanding of addiction treatment services, and is dedicated to helping the board achieve its goals in this area.”

Hopkins has 20 years of experience in the addiction field. Her experience includes prevention, direct care in outpatient and jail settings, program development, compliance initiatives, professional training, and supervision in Clinton, Warren and Hamilton Counties.

“I have been part of change processes, identified systemic barriers that prohibited quality care, and breakthroughs that advanced success, and I believe that the insights gained will also prove useful to Board discussions, planning, and voting,” Hopkins said.

The Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren & Clinton Counties is the local board of mental health and addiction services for residents of Warren and Clinton Counties. MHRBWCC plans, funds, monitors, and evaluates services and programs provided by various agencies that care for residents living with mental health and addiction issues.
