CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. — Thomas More twice scored four unanswered goals Wednesday to turn back Wilmington College 13-6 in a non-league women’s lacrosse match at BB&T Field.

WC goals were scored by Nikki Northern, Rachel Routzong, Stephanie Belz, Becca Petra and Abby Jude (two goals).

The Quakers trailed 3-2 in the first half then surrendered four straight goals to take 7-2 at halftime.

Wilmington came out and scored the first two goals of the second half and made it a 7-4 game but the Saints tallied four straight to pull out to an 11-4 lead.

Katie Bennett had 13 saves on 26 shots in goal for WC.
