WILMINGTON — HomeTown HoliDazzle begins in the morning with Shop Small Business Saturday featuring specials and special activities at downtown stores throughout the day, and wraps up with Saturday evening’s illuminated parade.
And in-between are everything from entertainment to pictures with Santa to many other activities for kids of all ages.
This year the illuminated parade gets underway from the Clinton County Fairgrounds at 7 p.m. and makes its way down Main Street.
