Pork Pride 4-H Club meets

The Pork Pride 4-H Club met at Cuba Friends Church on Sunday, April 14, with 26 in attendance. President Jami Dailey called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

Greg Achtermann led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and Stanley Chesney led us in the 4-H Pledge. Mikala Hatfield gave the Secretary’s Report. Katie Pittman gave the Treasurer’s Report.

Randy Pinkerton talked about tag-in dates, camp date, Cloverbud camp dates, camp scholarships, Quality Assurance dates, Skill-a-thon date, scholarship applications that are due, and the survivor training.

Katie Pittman did a demonstration on calligraphy and also did the 4-H Pledge in calligraphy.

The mulch community service project was discussed.

The next meeting will be April 28 at 6 p.m.at Cuba Friends Church with Greg Achtermann leading the Pledge of Allegiance, Stanley Chesney leading the 4-H Pledge, and Keiarra Huston and Ashley Clifton will provide the snacks and will have a demonstration.

The meeting adjourned at 6:39 p.m.

The group enjoyed wonderful snacks that the Ebon Louderback family brought!
