Wilmington FFA excels at state

Shelby Robertson and Dylan Piatt participated in the State Band.

Madison Gilbert, Mitchell Thatcher, Kylie Price and Mason Snyder all received their State Degrees.

Wilmington FFA was very successful at the 91st Ohio FFA Convention in Columbus on May 2-3. Junior Madison Gilbert and sophomore Grace Brown competed in the State Agriscience Fair Contest. Their research project was organic vs. conventional foods. They were in Division 6 and a part of the Food Products and Processing category. They placed second out of eight teams and received a gold rating. Now they are eligible to compete at the National Convention in October.
