Muni court: 9 found guilty of misdemeanors

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Court handles criminal misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following were found guilty or pleaded guilty of crimes during the week of June 29 to July 3:

Shylynne McCarty, 20, of Hillsboro, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs.

Angela Nace, 44, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), fined $125, assessed $100 court costs, no contact with a certain woman, must remain on good behavior for one year. The charge was amended from a fourth-degree misdemeanor charge of trespassing.

Brian Achor, 33, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs.

Tarrell Starckey, 22, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $105, assessed $100 court costs.

Todd Burkhart, 32, of Blanchester, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Matthew Hudnell, 34, of Blanchester, possession of marijuana, fined $105, assessed $100 court costs.

Misti Fitzpatrick, 39, of Sabina, theft, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs. A charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

Alexander Walter, 21, of Centerville, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Joseph Dixon, 38, of Blanchester, trespassing, sentenced 7 days jail, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs. Charges of domestic violence, violation of a protection order and possession drug abuse instrument were dismissed.

The following had charges that were dismissed in court:

Jacqueline Beta, 29, of Sidney, possession of marijuana; charge dismissed.

Donald Sleppy, 44, of Blanchester, possession of marijuana; charge dismissed.

Frances Stuckey, 63, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Douglas McClanahan, 32, of Blanchester, domestic violence and criminal damages; charges dismissed.
