WILMINGTON — Clinton County Auditor Terry Habermehl announced that the county auditor’s website has been upgraded with new features and user-friendly functionality.

According to Habermehl, the updates make it easier to access information remotely by allowing easier navigation across the many functions associated with the auditor’s office.

“One of the most exciting aspects of the new website is that it is now mobile friendly, so users can access it through their mobile devises. This is a major upgrade that users have requested for some time,” he said.

The new site also includes numerous search capabilities with ready access to property searches, the county’s financial reports, as well as less commonly sought information such as county budget commission and Board of Revision rules, procedures and processes along with applicable data.

In addition to adding mobile capabilities, other upgrades include a new horizontal gallery that allows users to search by subject; updated and simplified drop-down menus; an updated forms library with fillable forms; and improved search opportunities for users.

The auditor’s office has been working diligently to upgrade its website. Deputy Auditors Kasey Eaglin and Danette Garringer spearheaded the effort and have done an outstanding job creating a new and uniquely Clinton County internet experience, Habermehl said.

Habermehl expressed special appreciation to local photographer Brett Rudduck, “who graciously supplied the pictures included on the website. These photos illustrate what makes Clinton County home and add a great deal to the browsing experience.”

Habermehl invites users to visit the Clinton County Auditor’s website and explore its new and improved layout. “We are excited about the upgrades to the website and believe that it will provide a more efficient and pleasurable experience for our citizens.”
