Canaan Williamson of the Clinton County Engineer’s Office refuels for another round of snow plowing as he heads into the final hours of a 12-hour shift Monday morning before another crew takes over. County and city staff are expected to stay busy plowing and salting the roads as another, heavier round of snow is in the forecast for Monday.
