Municipal court sentences handed down

The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between March 29, 2021 and April 2, 2021:

• Cassondra Richardson, 29, resisting arrest, two counts of trespassing, sentenced to 90 days in jail, assessed $405. Richardson must have no contact with the incident locations.

• Laura Bernard, 33, of Wilmington, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from March 31, 2021 to March 31, 2022, fined $1,075, assessed $135 court costs. Bernard must take part in reporting probation and complete a three-day residential driver intervention program. The operator’s license was destroyed. Driving privileges granted effective April 15. An additional O.V.I. charge along with driving under suspension-failing to reinstate and an assured clear distance ahead charge were dismissed.

• Lisa Tracy, 45, of Cincinnati, physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $135 court costs. Tracy must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of the fine. ALS vacated. A driving under suspension charge was dismissed.

• Derek Parker, 32, of Blanchester, domestic violence, fined $30, assessed $135 court costs.

• Justin Inwood, 23, of Leesburg, failing to stop for a school bus, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs.

• Taylor McComas, 18, of Jamestown, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by McComas.

• Dawson Wolf, 22, of Waynesville, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Wolf.

• Robert Miracle, 45, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $65, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Miracle.

• Ethan Ambrose, 22, of Lynchburg, going 90 in a 65 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Ambrose.

• Tripronica Barnwell, 36, of Columbus, driving under suspension, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Barnwell.

• Eric Etter, 54, of Franklin, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Etter.

• Jesse Beardsley, 58, of West Carrollton, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $135 court cost. The case was waived by Beardsley.

• Brian Chaney Jr., 34, of Middletown, driving under suspension-financial, fined $250, assessed $135 court costs. The case was waived by Chaney.

• Andrew Lawwill, 21, of Wilmington, assault. Sentencing has been stayed. Lawwill must have no contact with the victim.

• Rana Evans, 49, of Wilmington, theft. Evans must write a letter to the victim and complete diversion. Sentencing has been stayed.
