WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Fire Department hosted a Back-to-School Water Day Saturday at David Williams Memorial Park as a celebration for students returning to school soon. The fire department set up their equipment to create water features near the splash pad and the Wilmington Police Department provide backpacks and school supplies to the students.
