Saturday was chilly and windy for Wilmington‘s stand out for Ukraine and her people. The public is invited to join the weekly public expressions of support, Saturdays, 12-1 p.m., at Locust and South South Streets, sponsored by the Clinton County Alliance for Compassion and Truth (A.C.T.) and the Empathy Surplus Network USA.
