Can you believe it’s been 40 years since we graduated from Wilmington High School? Well, we have a reunion planned:

• Friday, August 5; 7-9 p.m. — A get-together at Roosters in Wilmington. We will need to collect $289 to cover the cost of the 50 boneless wings, the 50 traditional wings, potato wedges, fried mushrooms, and garden salad.

• Saturday, August 6; 12:30-1:30 p.m. — Lunch at McCoy Catering in the small room. The menu is hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, relish tray with dip, chips, tea and lemonade. Cost is $19 per person.

• Saturday, August 6; 6 pm — Dinner at McCoy Catering in the barn. The menu is cranberry Russian chicken, baked steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, noodles, green beans, seven-layer salad, orange fluff, broccoli salad, rolls and butter, tea and coffee, and assorted pie. Cost is $25 per person. You will need to bring your own alcoholic beverages.
