WILMINGTON — A great way to start your weekend is the second Kids Market of 2022 set for this Saturday at the Clinton County Farmers Market

The Clinton County Farmers Market has something planned for all ages. The Kids Market offers kid vendors, ages 7-17, the opportunity to join the regular vendors for the day.

On Sept. 17, there will be 10 booths of kid vendors offering for sale items they have home produced. Kids will be offering a variety of items such as baked goods, handmade jewelry, bath salts and scrubs, homemade soaps and bubble bath; hand sewn items such as aprons; crocheted items such as stuffed animals, shawls, and dishcloths, and fairy crowns and more; wooden items, cute girly sunglasses, original art work, and locally grown fresh pears as well as homemade lemonade.

This is a great time to shop for those special gifts or just something for yourself.

All kid vendors will accept cash. Other options of payment will be up to each individual child.

The Market is pleased to welcome back “Face Painting by Gloria” for kids of all ages.

Come out and enjoy live music and a cup of your favorite coffee or beverage from “the hub” local coffee truck while you shop. A tent will be set up for a place to just sit and enjoy the Market.
