Lions induct new members

At the Feb 20 Wilmington Lions Club meeting District Governor Gary DeFayette inducted John and Thelma Godlove into the club as sponsors Susan and Nial Henry look on. DeFayette, a member of the Wilmington Lions Club, also spoke of the history of the Wilmington Lions Club and told of some of his adventures while serving as Governor of District 13-OH6. He has visited 61 of the 65 clubs in the district. Preparations are being made for the District Convention in Blue Ash, the State Convention at Cedar Point and the International Convention in Chicago. Lion Bill Temple reminded members that it is time for us to sell mulch that will be delivered Saturdays April 8 and 15.
