WILMINGTON — There will be a free Taste of Health Seminar at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8 featuring a small lecture on the eight simple steps to vibrant health.

One of the steps is a whole foods, plant-based diet. You will be able to taste a number of different vegan food samples and taste for yourself that healthy food can also be delicious. There will be food demonstrations that show how easy it is to prepare healthy foods.

Find answers to your questions: How can I feel more alert and energetic without relying upon caffeine? How can I lower blood sugar, blood pressure and even lose weight without starving? What are the medicinal properties in a whole, foods plant based diet?

If you would like to learn how to kick the junk food habit and provide healthier meals for your family while preventing disease come to the seminar at the Wilmington Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4394 S. SR 73, Wilmington.
