CTFD teaches Building Blocks

The Building Blocks Learning Center recently welcomed some special guests as the Chester Township firefighters and fire chief came out to show the children their trucks and an ambulance and teach them about fire safety. The children, plus the teacher and the center’s director, Christy Lewis, learned a lot during the visit as children had the opportunity to check out the equipment and even spray a fire hose, and hear the breathing apparatus so in case of emergency they won’t be afraid to go to them for rescue. Building Blocks thanks the Chester Township Fire Department for all they do in the community and with the center.
