Beware of scam calls

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday that they have received information of a possible scam trying to obtain social security numbers, via the ruse that an identity was stolen.

The person identified himself as Simon Braswell with UAS and Associates at 1-844-483-2744, according to Col. Brian Prickett. They gave a case number and attempted to sound legitimate, but it is obviously a scam upon call back, he said.
