WILMINGTON — An art gallery show will be held Monday, Oct. 29 featuring local artwork with a haunted Halloween theme.

The event will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday at Thorngren Studio Arts, located in downtown Wilmington at 20 North South Street.

There will be art from both adult and youth students of local artist and teacher Mary Beth Thorngren. She has contributed a piece of her own Halloween-related artwork, too.

For attendees, costumes are encouraged and there will even be a costume contest, said Thorngren.

Light refreshments will be available.
