The Blanchester Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon-cutting at the newly opened Blanchester Appliance. They offer a wide variety of quality refurbished appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, washers and dryers. Owner Jeff Hurst said all of the appliances have a 100-percent parts and labor warranty; they also offer delivery.

Blanchester Appliance at 105 B South Broadway St. is open Monday through Friday 10 to 6 and Saturday 11 to 4; phone number is 937-783-7244.

Chamber board member and owner of Blanchester McDonald’s, Leigh Jones, said she was “very happy to see another business open up in downtown Blanchester. It is a great community, with a lot to offer.”
