SARDINIA — The Blanchester reserve girls basketball team lost its first game of the season Thursday night to Eastern Brown 35-27.

The Ladycats (11-1) fell behind 13-2 and were unable to get the lead.

Elecia Patton led Blanchester with 10 points. Coach Bradon Pyle said Patton was in foul trouble early and the offensive never found a rhythm against the Lady Warriors defensive pressure.

Hayley Wilson, Shelbie Rose and Regan Ostermeier had 4 points each. Dakota Watters added 3 and Olivia Gundler chipped in with 2 points.

Jensen Poweres led Eastern Brown with 11 points.
