ROB 7th grade boys rally in 4th for 40-30 win

The Wilmington Rodger O. Borror Middle School seventh grade boys basketball team defeated New Richmond 40-30 Wednesday afternoon.

The young Hurricane was “sluggish” through three quarters but played well in the fourth to secure the win, coach Jody Drake said.

Eddie Brooks had 12 points and played well defensively. Brady Tolliver added nine points, all coming on three-pointers in the final quarter.

Michael Noszka also had nine points and played well on defense. Stevie Rickman and Cam Griffith rounded out the scoring with five points each.
