The East Clinton freshman volleyball team was defeated by Goshen 25-14, 25-21 Thursday afternoon.

Taylor Barton had two kills, nine good passes, three digs and three points in a new position for the Astros.

Hadlie Clark had 18 good passes and four kills. Sydney Beiting finished with three points, 11 good passes and two kills.

Ava Mess recorded four passes, four assists and two kills. Chloe Scott had an ace, three passes, a kill and two blocks. Makayla Seaman had four good passes and two assists.
