BETHEL — The Blanchester and East Clinton junior high school cross country teams competed Saturday at the Bethel-Tate Invitational.

Dru Simmons was the top county runners in the boys race as the East Clinton harrier clocked a 14:31 and placed 27th. Carson Wyss of Blanchester was right behind in 28th place.

Jordyn Hacker of EC and Addison Lewis of BMS were the top runners for the locals on the girls side.
