BLANCHESTER — The Blanchester reserve boys basketball team used a hot third quarter Friday night to pull away from Clermont Northeastern 43-30.

Blanchester outscored CNE 13-5 in the third.

Eric Patton led Blanchester with 14 points.

Cole Feirl and Jacob Fischer each had eight. Brant Bandow scored five points. Preston Griffin and Cody McCollister each had four points.
