HILLSBORO — The East Clinton Junior High School track and field teams competed Monday at Hillsboro with the boys finishing third and the girls claiming fourth place.
The boys 4×200-meter relay team of Trenton Garen, Landon Runyon, Freddy Morgan and Branson Smith finish first in 1:52.
On the girls side, Lauren Hadley won the shot put with a season’s best 30-2.5. The win by Hadley marks the second straight meet she has finished atop the shot put field.
