Blanchester 7th grade girls make it two in a row

The Blanchester seventh grade girls basketball team defeated New Richmond 38-23 Wednesday, making it two wins in a row.

Hailey Mulvihill recorded her first double-double with 15 points and 14 rebounds.

Olivia Potts had eight points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals. Ainsley Whitaker scored four points, hauled in seven rebounds, handed out four assists and came up with two steals.

Emily Koch, Madison Tipton, Makayla Lanham, Braylee Stanforth and Kaidyn Hamm had two points each. Koch also had four rebounds while Stanforth had five rebounds and two steals. Lanham pulled in two rebounds. Tipton had two rebounds, three assists and two steals.

Destiny Blankenbeckler made a free throw, grabbed four rebounds, had two assists and three steals. Josi Wilson had two rebounds, an assist and two steals. Bekah Davenport had a rebound and a steal.
