Blanchester MS girls sweep two from Massie

The Blanchester Middle School girls basketball teams swept two games from Clinton-Massie on Monday.

Hailey Mulvihill had a triple double as the eighth grade squad posted a 28-24 win.

Mulvihill had 10 points, 16 rebounds, 11 steals and four blocked shots, according to the BHS coach.

Ainsley Whitaker had 10 points, 10 rebounds and five steals. Olivia Potts contributed six points, four steals and two assists. Sarah Pell had two points and an assist. Destiny Blankenbeckler chipped in with three assists and three steals.

The seventh grade Ladycats were 26-18 winners.

Macey Waldron had eight points, three steals and two rebounds.

Hope Blankenbeckler had two points, four rebounds and three steals. Layla Winemiller had a rebound while Gracie Roy had five points, six rebounds and two steasls.

Nevaeh Griffith had two points, two steals and a rebound. Kaylee Coyle contributed six points, four rebounds and two steals. Shelbie Panetta had three points, six rebounds and six steals.
