CMH welcomes 5 physicians to staff

WILMIGTON — Clinton Memorial Hospital announced this week that five physicians have joined the medical staff.

Richard DeVore, M.D., a specialist in Otolargyngology (Ear, Nose and Throat/ENT), comes to CMH with over three decades of experience as an ENT, practicing most recently at Sky Lakes Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

“Dr. DeVore has exactly the experience that our patients need and deserve, and we’re excited he’s chosen CMH,” said CMH CEO Lance Beus. “We’re excited to welcome him to our team and know that he will be a strong advocate for our patients as we continue to grow access to higher levels of specialty care right here in Wilmington.”

Dr. DeVore received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicineo. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

He is board certified by, and is a member of, the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

Prior to practicing in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Dr. DeVore spent over 20 years in private practice in Cincinnati, where he was Director of the Department of Otolaryngology at Bethesda Hospital and a volunteer faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and the Bethesda Hospital Family Practice Residency.

Dr. Santosh Likki

Santosh Likki, M.D., an Internal Medicine physician practicing with Wilmington Medical Associates, has joined the medical staff at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Likki comes to Wilmington with over 19 years experience as an Internal Medicine physician and Hospitalist, practicing most recently with Fayette County Memorial Hospital in Washington Court House.

CMH CEO Lance Beus said, “Dr. Likki is an experienced internal medicine practitioner and knows this community and service area extremely well. We’re excited to welcome him back to CMH and know that he will do well by our patients in his role with Wilmington Medical Associates.”

Dr. Likki received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at The State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine. Prior to practicing in Washington Court House, Dr. Likki was a hospitalist (and later, Director of Hospitalist Medicine) for Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Robert McClure

Robert McClure, M.D., a Radiation Oncologist, has joined the medical staff at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. McClure comes to CMH with over 20 years of experience in Radiation Oncology, practicing most recently with Tennessee Oncology in Nashville, Tennessee.

“Dr. McClure is experienced, passionate about his patients, and excited to bring his family back to Southwest Ohio,” said Beus. “As a native of the Cincinnati area, he knows our service area well, and we know he will serve our patients with the best possible care.”

Dr. McClure received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at The Christ Hospital and his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.

He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.

Dr. McClure is now seeing new patients at Foster J. Boyd, MD Regional Cancer Center in Wilmington. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 937-283-2273.

Dr. Kanwar Deep Singh

Kanwar Deep Singh, M.D., a Hospitalist, has joined the medical staff at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Singh comes to CMH with over 10 years of experience working as a Hospitalist with acute care and open intensive care unit patients, practicing most recently with Access Medical Group at Marion General Hospital in Marion, Ohio.

“Dr. Singh is experienced in internal medicine and has over a decade of experience caring for patients in the acute care and ICU setting,” said Beus. “We’re happy to have him as part of our Hospitalist team at CMH.”

Dr. Singh received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, India.

He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center – Bronx VA Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Veera Chandra Veerla

Veera Chandra Veerla, M.D., a Hospitalist, has joined the medical staff at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Veerla comes to CMH with over 10 years of experience working as a Hospitalist with acute care and open intensive care unit patients, practicing most recently with Access Medical Group at Marion General Hospital in Marion, Ohio.

Beus said, “Dr. Veerla is experienced in internal medicine and has over a decade of experience caring for internal medicine patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. We’re happy to have him as part of our Hospitalist team at CMH.”

Dr. Veerla received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
